“Happy Death Day”

Trey Self, Staff Writer

On October the 13th the movie Happy Death day was released in to the theatres. On the 21st of October I went to the Cinemark Theatre in Pearl MS and I attended the movie Happy Death Day.

This movie took place of a collage campus. Tree Gelbman(Jessica Rothe), Carter Davis(Isreal Broussard), Lori Spengler(Ruby Modine), Gregory Butler(Charles Aitken), Joseph Tombs(Rob Mello) are all important characters in the movie Happy Death Day.

The movie Happy Death Day is about this young female in Collage named Tree and it is her birthday. She has to live the exact same day over and over again. At which point she sets out to find her killer and stop from dying and repeating the day over again.  She fails at her attempt to find her killer many times.

All of the actors and actresses in the movie did an excellent job in portraying their character in the movie. I personally have no complaints on their acting skills and they overall did a splendid job.

I think the producers thought out this movie and also pieced together the movie was very good and had a good plot and story behind it.

I think older teenagers and adults and some elder people would like and enjoy this movie. I would not recommend this movie for children and younger children. The MPAA rating for this movie is PG-13. Overall, this movie was amazing and very entertaining also a bit jumpy.

I give this movie a thumbs up and a 9.5 on a scale from 1 to 10.
